If you are contacted to book an appointment, you have 24 hours to respond. A $100 deposit fee per pet is required when a new appointment is booked and must be paid within 24 hours.

If the deposit is not made within 24 hours the appointment will be canceled and offered to another client.

Deposits are non refundable if the appointment is canceled less than one week of scheduled service or the client is a no show (not home) for their scheduled appointment. 100% of service cost will be charge for same day cancellations and no shows.



Required proof of current vaccinations for each pet, and a current image of each pet. All sections of the intake form must be completed for your request to process through. If any information is left out or not completed the form will automatically be rejected and not processed.
